A Setting With Deep Character
St James’ is one of London’s most historic districts. It holds respected retailers, celebrated restaurants, landmark hotels and private members clubs. The Royal Parks add quiet green space and a rare sense of calm. The location gives the office a prestigious yet grounded presence.
A building Elevated For The Future
The project revitalised a seventies building with three additional storeys. Rogers Stirk Harbour plus Partners introduced a striking double height reception and clean architectural lines. We continued this clarity inside with a light, timeless palette, warm timber and subtle natural textures. The result is a space that feels composed, tactile and quietly luxurious, inviting people to work with ease and confidence.
