The Challenge
nCino needed a major category B fit out within a High Risk Building under the Building Safety Act. The project required exact information, careful timing and absolute compliance to meet strict approval requirements.
The Solution
This was our first project under the new High Risk Building regulations. We invested the time and expertise needed to produce a complete and compliant set of information. This secured Gateway 2 approval at the first review with the Building Safety Regulator.
